He’s completely correct about the deinonychus/ velociraptor mix-up courtesy of Steven Spielberg.
He’s also correct that the brontosaurus never existed, but I can’t confirm which dinosaurs body was mixed up with which skull. I’ve seen a lot of different pairings of body & skull from respectable sources, and have pretty much stopped caring which one is true. Over the last two decades, brontosaurus has become a synonym for apatosaurus… Regardless, no respectable dinosaur aficionado will refer to an apatosaurus as a brontosaurus.
