It took a long time to download the roughly 2.5 gig God of War III demo, but it was worth it.
The demo throws you into the action, within seconds of starting you are hacking up skeleton warriors. Hack & slash games usually get boring because you can only hit an attack button so many times before it gets old. The God of War games get it right because they make the combat smooth, intuitive, and varied. There’s always a new enemy that requires some new tactic, weapon, or combo to kill; the demo was no exception.

You kill a ton of skeletons, harpies, a minotaur, a cyclops, and you rip the head off of a very significant Greek god, all in the span of about 15 minutes.
I am seriously looking forward to release of God of War III on March 16, 2010.
That’s the first I heard of a 2G download!
I wonder then what you meant by the release.
Yeah, it’s 2.6 GB. You can get it by either pre-ordering the game from Game Stop, or buying the movie District 9 on Bluray; it comes as a special feature with the movie.
