In light of his failure, Harold Camping, the egomaniac who predicted that May 21st would bring about the end of the world has amended his claim.
This time the world ends on October 21, 2011. Really, a Friday? God couldn’t possibly be that cruel.
What the update really means is that everyone gets another chance to throw end of the world parities, and perfect their apocalypse humor.
If anyone wants a reverse mortgage before October 21st, the offer is still on the table.
